To schedule a pediatric cardiology office visit for a new patient, click the link below. Please also use this if you are transitioning care from another pediatric cardiologist, or saw Dr. Kollins last prior to 2019. For follow up appointments for patients that have seen Dr. Kollins since 2024, please call our office (540-686-1514) to schedule a visit.
Of note: If there is a need for an urgent appointment, but the online scheduler does not show any available appointments soon, please either call our clinic or have your referring/primary provider call the clinic and we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
